Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create designs in a variety of styles. You will be working closely with various companies to create visual content for both digital and print media.
ResponsibilitiesDesign content for social media, infographics for training, powerpoint templates, sales proposals, branding guides and print materials.Collaborate with business owners from all different fieldsWork on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of designs.Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.Be ready to learn new skills and expand your design expertiseQualificationsREQUIRED: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projectsAny sort of education in graphic design field is welcome but not requiredProficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Skills in other software is welcome too.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Knowledge of print production processes and digital media requirements.Flexibility to problem solve and troubleshoot. A readiness to try new things
