We are seeking a highly skilled

Sr. Content Manager

to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual who can think strategically, work autonomously, and deeply understand the customer journey in a B2B environment. We’re looking for someone who not only grasps the big picture but can also dive into the details, ensuring high-quality, error-free content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :Content Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. Understand and map out the customer journey, creating content that resonates at each stage.Content Creation and Management : Oversee and produce high-quality content across various platforms, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media. Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and free of errors.Leadership and Collaboration : Lead by example and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Be a decisive leader who can say "no" when necessary to maintain the integrity and focus of the content strategy.Art Direction and Design : Serve as both an Art Director and content creator. Work with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms like WordPress to produce visually compelling and well-structured content.Technical Expertise : Leverage your experience in B2B and SaaS environments to craft content that speaks to a tech-savvy audience. Use marketing automation tools like HubSpot and social media management platforms to enhance content distribution and engagement.Attention to Detail : Ensure every piece of content is polished and precise. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in maintaining the quality of our content output.Autonomy and Initiative : Work independently, driving projects forward without the need for micromanagement. Take ownership of the content strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Skills and Experience :5+ years of experience in content management, specifically in B2B and SaaS environments.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions that align with business goals.
