Dallas, Texas .In this role you will, help take our employee-focused HR services to new heights. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a technical field as well as familiarity with Human Resources policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:Develop, writes, and edits content for the People Centers Knowledge Base articles for use within Service NowPrepares written documentation to transfer technical information about HR concepts, situations, products, services, or results to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledgeCollaborate with HR managers and specialists to gather the necessary information such as policies, procedures and guidesTranslate complex HR policies into understandable, easy-to-read documentsWrite user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for successIdentify, review, and organize existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistencyCreate easy-to-understand user interfaces texts, articles, online help and training guidesEnsure information is presented in a way that is easy to understand by diverse audiences
Requirements:ServiceNow experience preferredBachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing or a related fieldExperience in technical writing of HR-related documentsProficient in MS Office SuiteExperience writing clear and concise text, articles, reports, process guides, or other document types for various audiencesDetail-oriented with excellent communication skills
