We are seeking an experienced Sr Technical Writer to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our client's utility OT & SCADA systems. This role involves writing user manuals, system guides, and technical specifications to support both internal teams and end-users.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a technical writer in the utilities or similar industry.Strong understanding of either of the following processes & their applications: SCADA systems, Automation engineering, and/or Operational TechnologyExperience creating technical documentation for OT Network or SCADA software & utilities operations.Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:Competitive compensation aligned with experienceMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceHybrid Work ScheduleResponsibilities:Develop, update, and maintain OT / SCADA system documentation, including user manuals, operation procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Work closely with engineers and system developers to understand system functionality and translate it into clear, user-friendly documentation.Ensure accuracy and consistency of technical content, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and validate documentation.
