Apex is hiring an Email Technical Marketing Specialist for a popular gaming software creator.

Location: Raleigh, NC (100% remote - just EST hours)Contract Length: 12+ months, possible conversion to FTE/salary payPay Rate: $55/hr W2 starting pay

Top Requirements:5-7 years managing cross-channel lifecycle campaignEmail HTML campaign experience at high volume/Cross lifecycle marketing campaignsCapacity to know and understand tools (automation tools like Braze, Adobe, etc.), also some house made tools.Foundational understanding of customer privacy and permissions regulations (e.g. CCPA, GDPR, COPPA)Super sharp, good communication skills

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:Become a subject matter expert for tools and technologies across Growth Marketing Operations team including multiple message surfaces & proprietary tools. Ensure all platforms are fully leveraged to their maximum potential.Monitor and ensure all technical aspects of marketing campaigns are executed properly & efficiently. Conduct regular system checks and optimizations to ensure all operations meet the required standards.Act as the primary problem solver & escalation point for complex and urgent technical issues, assessing necessary efforts and trade-offs, and formulating actionable plans for the operator team.Serve as liaison between operator team and Operations lead to ensure clear communication and understanding of scope, capacity & resourcing needs.With your knowledge and technical expertise in the tools, propose and implement process/ feature optimizations, translate technical specs into easy and understandable operator-facing manuals & process documentation
