Robert Half is partnering with a Utah-based supplements company in search of a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

This is a 5x/week on-site role.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various marketing projects, handling marketing materials, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing and supporting larger organizations with their campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities• Coordinate and manage various marketing projects ensuring they are completed in a timely manner• Handle all shipping and return of tradeshow materials efficiently• Oversee the receipt and organization of all printed marketing materials• Ensure marketing materials and swag are checked in and neatly stored• Provide assistance to the Chief Marketing Officer with scheduling and various administrative tasks• Aid in the execution and management of social campaigns• Support sample programs and ensure they are shipped out promptly• Leverage your marketing skills to ensure all tasks are carried out with attention to detail• Maintain an organized and efficient system for managing marketing tasks and projects• Be proactive in supporting all marketing initiatives and projects.

Requirements• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• Proven experience with Digital Marketing and Influencer Marketing strategies.• Demonstrated understanding of general marketing principles and practices.• Experience in managing and executing Social Campaigns.• Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords).• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and within a team on simultaneous projects.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• High level of creativity paired with a strategic mindset.• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences.• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to marketing strategies.• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Openness to continually update knowledge in the field of marketing and communications.
