Event Producer – Specializing in Luxury Weddings
Beth Helmstetter is seeking an experienced Event Producer with a deep passion for and background in the wedding industry to serve as the project manager for our bespoke celebrations worldwide. The ideal candidate will have luxury hospitality experience and a proven track record in managing high-end, multi-day wedding events. This individual will:
• Lead and manage all aspects of luxury wedding events, from concept to execution, coordinating internal teams and high-end vendors.
• Oversee every step of the wedding planning process, from initial proposal to on-site implementation, with full ownership of all financial expenditures and budgets related to each celebration.
• Manage and mentor the internal event team, including design, production, and staffing, to ensure seamless and memorable wedding experiences.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing personalized service that reflects the distinct vision and needs of each couple.
• Supervise the Production Manager, Design Manager, and Event Associate on a daily basis, ensuring alignment with the studio’s high standards of excellence.
This is a full-time, salaried position based in our West Hollywood studio. This is not a remote position, and there is no flexibility for it to become one. Weekends, evenings, and travel are essential aspects of this role, given the nature of wedding events.
