They are passionate about their work and strive to create memorable moments that resonate with audiences everywhere.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Media Sales and Solutions to lead and expand the direct advertising business in the US and European markets. This is a high-impact role within our Media group, where you will drive revenue from the audiences we build or represent. Your mission will be to enhance existing relationships, develop new business opportunities, and position our company as the leading player in kids and family advertising.Key Responsibilities:Develop and nurture business relationships, enhancing our company's presence in the industry, and report directly to the EVP of Audience Engagement.Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team to increase market share and establish the company as a top choice for effective kids and family advertising.Manage and refine the sales process, including prospecting, conducting pitch meetings, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring the quality of sales materials.Design and implement compensation plans for the sales team to maximize revenue and EBITDA.Stay informed of current market trends, gather client feedback, and identify emerging needs.Collaborate with sales development and media operations teams to craft compelling RFP responses that offer innovative solutions beyond standard inventory.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.Continuously evaluate and improve workflows and systems to ensure accurate campaign execution, monitoring performance, and implementing timely corrective actions.Work with the Data Technology Group to assess and integrate tech solutions that enhance product offerings and operational efficiency, such as cross-platform tracking and audience insight tools.Key Qualifications:Demonstrated success in driving digital advertising revenue growth through effective business development, preferably in a media publisher, ad network, or media agency environment.Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 8 or more members.Extensive network of contacts within the video advertising industry and a deep understanding of agency structures.Strong customer focus, with excellent persuasion and communication skills, capable of influencing senior-level decision-makers.Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, and to inspire and develop a team.Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.Strong written, verbal, organizational, and analytical abilities.Expertise in online video advertising, programmatic ad sales, inventory management, and data-driven targeting.In-depth knowledge of client success metrics and familiarity with pricing models such as CPV, CPM, CPC, and CPA.Ability to develop and execute custom advertising solutions beyond traditional ad units and placements.Solid understanding of advertising technology and its application in executing campaigns across video platforms.Highly numerate, with experience in managing P&Ls, forecasting, and financial reporting within quarterly cycles.
