Typical Day in the Role• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to support marketing within the org.• Key projects: This role will contribute to creating high fidelity wireframes, develop prototypes, and use Figma proficiently to make low to mid-fidelity designs for usability testing and transform designs into high fidelity prototypes.• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of about 10% meetings (1-2 hours per day) and the remaining 90% will be heads down work.

Candidate Requirements• Years of Experience Required: 6 or more overall years of experience in the field.• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.• Disqualifiers: Candidates with no Figma experience in the last year, or those who are unable to create high fidelity wireframes, or profiles submitted without a portfolio will not be eligible for the role.• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with developing prototypes and using Figma proficiently to make low to mid-fidelity designs for usability testing and transform designs into high fidelity prototypes. It will also have expert level Figma experience, 7 or more years of experience with corporate/business graphic design, their portfolio will include a variety of their experience with graphic design, and has heavy experience with Fluent UI, and *** systems and tooling.• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and deadlines.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience1. Minimum 6 years' experience with Figma [Must have been used within the last year]2. Minimum 6 years' experience with Design Library Components [Fluent UI preferred, but other design systems will be acceptable]3. Minimum 4 years' experience with creating prototypes in Figma.

Hard Skills Assessments• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: Before end of March.• Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 1 round, 30 minutes each.• Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have their portfolio prepared prior to the assessment and should be prepared to speak on resume and relevant experience.

Role Description: Seeking a UX/UI Designer who can create high fidelity wireframes, develop prototypes, and use Figma proficiently to make low to mid-fidelity designs for usability testing and transform designs into high fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities:• Elevate design concepts to HiFi interfaces using Fluent UI design system in Figma, ready for testing.• Create and manage a reusable component library in Figma for design consistency.• Align design efforts with project requirements for user-centric solutions.• Build Figma prototypes for usability testing, incorporating interaction design.• Update designs responsively and quickly based on feedback from UX test sessions, team reviews, and other feedback forums.• Efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:• Advanced Figma skills with experience in Fluent UI and complex component construction.• Experience in building and maintaining a Figma component library for future designs• Nice to have experience using ***'s Fluent UI standards / Fluent UI design system .• Solid UX/UI design foundation for intuitive and visually appealing design creation.• Proven ability to create responsive, accessible designs across web and mobile.• Exceptional technical precision and attention to detail in design execution.• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.• Excellent communication for seamless collaboration with teams.This role is essential for integrating design concepts into functional prototypes, ensuring readiness for user testing and future scalability.
