Summary:Seeking a UX/UI Designer who can create high fidelity wireframes, develop prototypes, and use Figma proficiently to make low to mid-fidelity designs for usability testing and transform designs into high fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities:

Elevate design concepts to HiFi interfaces using Fluent UI design system in Figma, ready for testing.Create and manage a reusable component library in Figma for design consistency.Align design efforts with project requirements for user-centric solutions.Build Figma prototypes for usability testing, incorporating interaction design.Update designs responsively and quickly based on feedback from UX test sessions, team reviews, and other feedback forums.Efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Advanced Figma skills with experience in Fluent UI and complex component construction.Experience in building and maintaining a Figma component library for future designsNice to have experience using company's Fluent UI standards / Fluent UI design system.Solid UX/UI design foundation for intuitive and visually appealing design creation.Proven ability to create responsive, accessible designs across web and mobile.Exceptional technical precision and attention to detail in design execution.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
