BLP.co (Digital Marketing Agency) is looking to hire a

Junior Graphic Designer / Video Editor

to assist in the creation of compelling, thumb-stopping static and video assets for a range of clients across all digital marketing platforms – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.

We are looking for a creative and talented individual who has big ideas, and wants to begin a career designing specifically for performance-based digital marketing campaigns.

Having worked with some of the world’s fastest-growing companies, our team has big plans for where we want to take our agency. We specialize in direct-response advertising & have managed over $100m/year in ad spend since launching the company in 2017.

This is a unique opportunity with a rapidly expanding company, recently named a Premium Partner at Facebook - a distinction only ~50 agencies are lucky to have. We’re looking for highly motivated self-starters that are seeking a fast-paced, exciting, & highly rewarding new challenge as we continue to “level up” our agency.

The ideal fit will have a high level understanding of Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere, motion graphics capabilities are a huge plus (preferably with a background in creating ads for digital platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more).

They will be able to work quickly and efficiently with (often) limited creative assets to create engaging, thumb-stopping ads from scratch with quick turnarounds. This candidate will enjoy taking on fresh & unique challenges regularly and has an expert eye for typography, color, and layout.

ResponsibilitiesCreate and edit :15s, :30s & :60s ads for use on all digital platforms (particularly: Facebook, Google, YouTube, Snapchat & TikTok)Produce high volume of assets in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.Create unique, thumb-stopping, stand-out static-based creative with limited assets.Collaborate with internal account managers, and external clients.Ensure all creative is consistent with the client’s brand and design direction.Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables.Working with a diverse portfolio of clients primarily for B2C marketing campaigns aimed at helping clients reach their acquisition goals.Defining and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives, guided by the principles of direct response advertising.

RequirementsBA/BS degree in related field1–3 years of work experience as a marketing-based graphic designer or similar role at a consumer-focused product company or creative agency is a plus, but not required.A portfolio/reel showcasing examples of your editing and proficiency in delivering compelling creative videos and ads. Please submit examples of your work in both Video and Static creative.An advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and other relevant design tools.Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and why people take action as it relates to advertising.Expert eye for creative that resonates and engages customers.Basic understanding of direct response advertising & the principles that guide it.Excellent project management and organizational skillsPossesses an interest in performance driven creative, and an ability to spot trends or patterns in content in order to establish best practices for new content generationExperience dealing with external clients and/or partners, both in-person & over the phone.Strong desire to learn new concepts & grow quickly
