You sit at the intersection of three teams: media planning, activation and finance and report into both the media and finance teams.
What you'll do:
Review all billing to ensure compliance of financial terms as outlined in client SOWs (payable terms, fee structure, billing terms)Assist in finding resolution of billing discrepanciesLiaise with media and finance teams on timely reconciliation of invoicingAssist with Prisma entry, reconciliation and quality controlCreate and distribute monthly reporting to media and finance teamsKeep calendar of deliverables and follow-up with necessary parties to ensure all internal processes, reports, and billing are on time and accurateAssist in SOX audits and client annual audits, as well on ad-hoc Finance projects and assignments which are within the scope of the rolePrepare client billing memos as neededEstablish and nurture strong relationships with client team (Media planning, investment, project management, etc.), serving as the primary contact for all client media billing deliverables and troubleshooting as needed
What you need to succeed:Finance, accounting or media billing backgroundFamiliarity with MediaOcean suite of products, primarily Prisma, is preferredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelStrong math skills
