Remarketing Analyst I

A financial services company is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Remarketing Analyst I to their growing team. In this role, the Remarketing Analyst I will be responsible for performing Dealer Onboarding activities and SmartAuction ID processing in the Remarketing Department.Responsibilities:The Remarketing Analyst I will:Ensure the document packages received are complete and accurateProcess group document packages in a timely mannerFollow onboarding processes and procedures to ensure all systems are updated accurately.Communicate with the Sales team and cross functional partners to reconcile any issues related to an onboardProcess User ID requests and communicate with Dealer UsersHandle account maintenance activitiesAssist with monitoring shared mailboxSupport and engage in SmartAuction business unit initiatives as necessary to support overall product growth and process improvementsAssist with Ad Hoc team projectsQualifications:1+ year of experience in a Remarketing, Auto, and/or Contract Administrative environmentStrong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Excel.Solid analytical and problem-solving skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Business-related college degree or equivalent trainingSalesforce experience
