This role involves supporting the internal Media Team, executing advertising strategies across various media platforms, encompassing traditional print, radio, out-of-home, and digital channels. Successful candidates will manage vendor-client relationships, ensuring the delivery of impactful, results-driven campaigns within budgetary parameters. If you're adept at crafting strategic media plans and possess a strong understanding of diverse media types, we invite you to join us in making a significant impact within our organization.Responsibilities :Provide meaningful metrics and recommendations after campaigns.Assist in the planning, implementation, and promotion of traditional media campaigns.Create media insertion orders and input media plans into the designated tool.Gather media invoices for client billing and maintain internal spreadsheets related to client media plans and spending.Provide client campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting for senior management.Assist with trafficking creative to media vendors and collaborate with various teams on media campaign development.Build long-term relationships with media partners and work with creative teams to ensure plan specifications are metAssist in scoping media plans to appropriate service budgets and review them with teams for approval.Assist in creating highly effective and measurable media plans and develop POVs as needed.Monitor online and offline ad campaigns, optimizing strategies for varying audiences and channels.Assist in Designing and reviewing advertising budgets in collaboration with marketing teams, and negotiating competitive deals with media channels.RequirementsKnowledge of all different media channelsDemonstrable experience with building effective advertising campaignsExperience evaluating and recommending strategies and placements for media campaignsWorking knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. GfK MRI, Moat, and Nielsen IMS)Experience with budget planning and KPIsExperience negotiating with and managing independent vendorsAbility to manage and combine dataStrong decision-making skillsExcellent communication skillsHighly collaborativeMust possess excellent written, verbal, & analytical skillsHighly organized; detail oriented; ability to manage calculations & multiple tasksWillingness to learn our methodology & apply itAble to be highly adaptive to changing priorities and needs of the businessQualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of direct experience or equivalent years of direct experienceExperience at an ad agency or marketing firm.Next StepsSend resume and hourly rate
