Job Description:We are seeking a talented and experienced Photo Editor to join our Digital team at Classic Home. As a Photo Editor, you will be responsible for enhancing and retouching digital Images, manage, traffic, and deploy assets to ensure high- quality visuals for various platforms. You will work closely with the photographer and collaborate with other team members to create compelling visual content.

RESPONSIBLITIES:Confident skill set to take raw camera images and execute the edit process to brand standards using industry standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite. Lightroom etc.)Crop, resize and optimize images for various digital platforms while maintaining visual integrity.Color correct and adjust exposure, contrast, and saturation to achieve desired results.Remove blemishes artifacts, and imperfection in images.Ensure consistent quality and style of images according to brand style guidelines.Able to render images and or outsource rendering to the company standards.Collaborate with team to manage images and quality standards across all company divisions, furniture, textiles, Ecommerce.Organized skill set to track photography requirements across all divisions.Manage and organize a large volume of digital assets efficiently.Support the traffic of files across divisions, in-house and with outside vendors.Understand and implement correct naming conventions and sizing of images as required.Perform quality control checks for outsourced editing and or freelancers.Oversee daily maintenance and usability of assets.Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment independently and as an integral part of a team.Video editing a plus

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience as a Photo Editor or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing photo editing skills.Solid understanding of color correction, exposure adjustment, and other photo editing techniques.Proficiency in industry-standard photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Various DAM software, Air Table project management software. Etc.)Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, file management and able to work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with people at all levels is essential.Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)

Work Environment: This job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Activities include extensive periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer monitor.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
