Product Design LeadWe thrive on all things technology. As the Product Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product design & user experience for our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing, and ensure that our user experience is both user-centered and aligned with business goals.
Role ResponsibilitiesLead the overall strategy and direction of our product's user interface and user experience design.Oversee and guide the work of the Product Design and UX/UI Design team.Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions and strategy.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.Conduct user testing and analyze user feedback to improve design.Present and defend design decisions to the team and stakeholders based on your design thinking, fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.), and research.
Required Skills/Abilities
Experience:
8+ years of experience as a product designer.
Technical Skills:Proficient in UX/UIUnderstands product specifications and user personasProficient in FigmaStrong understanding of user-centered design and design thinking.Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
Communication:
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
