Performance Marketing Specialist

A well known streaming service is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team for a six month contract. The ideal candidate will have at least two years in performance based digital marketing, audience segmentation, and advertising technology tools. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with a sharp focus on task management and experience in both agency and in-house settings.
Location & Schedule:
Onsite in NYC Tuesday-Thursday, remote work on Friday; Monday's have optional onsite or WFH.Pay Rate:
$45-53 per hour, depending on experience.Contract Duration:
6 months, full-time hours.
Responsibilities:
Manage and distribute first-party audiences across marketing platforms using data management tools.Project manage critical audience initiatives, providing regular updates on progress.Audit and maintain global audience setup and requirements.Develop and implement processes and tracking systems that comply with privacy and legal standards across business units.Collaborate with channel teams to ensure proper audience implementation and activation with platform partners.Oversee the intake, prioritization, and execution of cross-line-of-business (xLOB) requests and initiatives.Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets for efficient workflow management.
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Performance Marketing, or Advertising.Background in in-house marketing or agency environments.Strong attention to detail with a proven track record in process development and execution.Proficiency in Marketing and Advertising Technologies, including audience segmentation tools (e.g., tag managers, DMPs, CDPs) and knowledge of industry trends (e.g., identity resolution, global privacy regulations).Experience with multi-channel marketing strategies (social, programmatic, search, CTV) for customer acquisition and retention.Agency experience is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree required.
