Job Description:Our client, a renowned operator of luxury guided tours & cruises, is seeking a Digital Designer to join their growing team!
This role is hybrid onsite 3days/week in Wilton, CT.
Responsibilities:- Reporting into the Art Director, you will work on a wide range of projects, creating innovative designs that meet business goals- Create unique digital designs and input changes as requested by various departments, knowledge of HTML and CSS will be very beneficial- Focus on will be on supporting a lot of email related items (templates, updates etc), Salesforce Experience would be great- Work with the Marketing Team to produce digital marketing assets that ensure a consistent quality and are aligned with the brand’s style- Collaborate and brainstorm with marketing and cross-departmental team members on a wide range of marketing assets- Develop concepts, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of typography, color, imagery, animation, and layout- Translate Brand team’s strategic direction into high-quality design within the established brand style- Meet deadlines and manage the uploading of assets to content management systems
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in professional design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills using Adobe XD and Figma- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Familiar with motion graphics animation tools and techniques- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or related discipline
Nice to Have:Knowledge of HTML and CSSExperience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the company’s 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will be able to purchase company stock, are eligible for annual bonuses, and can participate in profit sharing.
