Global healthcare corporation is seeking an Instructional Designer.

Responsibilities:Lead instructional and technical content analysis activities. Understand the business needs and purpose of the content (based on user needs) prior to development.Work with Trainers and other SMEs to gather knowledge for efficient design and development including scheduling and attending knowledge transfer.Develop in-person instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and eLearning content, including but not limited to: on-demand modules, videos, PowerPoint presentations, course quizzes, activity handouts, and other instructional materials.Collaborate with Marketing to facilitate the generation of instructional materials and standard templates for design and writing alignment.Ensure design consistency, cross-functionality, and reusable content aligned with our strategy and brand.Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods that maximize information retention and knowledge transfer.Lead meetings with stakeholders, SMEs, and other relevant parties.Manage project timelines and drive initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.Manage multiple priorities with the ability to assess and adjust quickly to the changing scope of the business.Ensure the quality and accuracy of all curricula by facilitating successful review processes as needed on a continual basis.Other related duties as assigned.

Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree and 2-10+ years of experience

Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of the required elements for different work products like instructor-led training content, point-of-need content, general communications, etc.Experience using PowerPoint, Articulate 360, BioDigital, or similar design and development software. (PowerPoint, Storyline 360, BioDigital used frequently within current team.)Experience publishing eLearning to conform to SCORM standard.Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE).
