POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Involvement in all phases from schematic design through the end of Design Development, Construction Documents/ Building permit submittal, and Construction AdministrationApply and analyze advanced architectural concepts and designsReview drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications, standards, and codesMonitor budgets and schedules and maintain project documentationPrepares reports and specifications as requestedMaintain positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants and technical staffEffectively and positively provide direction and coordinate architectural staff and consultants
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture1+ years of experienceExperience in all phases of the architecture process.Proficiency in RevitExceptional attention to detail, highly organized, efficient work execution, and willingness to get tasks doneSelf-motivated; ability to work independently and in a team environment to coordinate with other design professionalsCommitment to their own professional growth; preferably to obtaining licensure as an architectGreat & positive communication skills
