MULTI-MEDIA DesignerFULL-TIME$31k-$50k salary – Depending on experienceWe are seeking a talented Videographer Multimedia Designer to join the NRS Marketing team. You will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Creative Marketing Content to create video content that resonates with our audience segments. The ideal candidate will have a background in video production and creating promotional videos from start to finish to include filming, editing and creating transitions and motion graphics.Responsibilities:Create, edit, and develop multimedia content to include; promotional videos, product marketing, company commercials, internal company announcements, recruiting and training videos, social media content and other company projects for various platforms such as website, email, in-store digital signs and social mediaGather behind-the-scenes contentAbility to give, receive and apply constructive feedbackWork closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to align video content with overall brand strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the objectivesManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesMaintain organized files and assets for efficient workflowUtilize software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and/or other video editing tools software to create high-quality video, and motion graphicsVarious other duties as assignedRequirements:Ability to use a camera for video or photography1-3 years producing and editing video content for promotional use. Must show video examples of previous work. (not looking for movie production, want to see mixed use of promotional video and motion graphics)Understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production in film processesCan create animated motion graphics for videosMultitasker who can work on several video projects at onceCommunicate effective messaging as it relates to video contentYou can work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, creative thinker with a sense of responsibilityInterest in the rodeo industry and eagerness to learn more about the industry a plusRequired Software experience: Premier Pro, After Effects and PhotoshopBachelor’s degree in video production/editing or relevant experienceExamples of work is a mustRequired Materials:ResumeCover Letter (tell us why you are a good fit)Portfolio/video samplesSubmission of a resume and demo Reel are required to be considered for the position.Job Type: Full-time
