Videographer/Producer [On-Site Production Team]This role requires a combination of technical skills, creative vision, adaptability, strong interpersonal abilities, and social media experience. They will be required to travel with the Influencer when necessary. If additional videographers are required on set, this person is responsible to get them up to speed quickly. Their primary producer focus will be on short form content 'in-studio' and on the road, acting like a field producer.

By having this multifaceted role on-site in Arizona, we can streamline the production process, ensure consistency in content quality, and maintain a strong focus on creating viral-worthy material for YouTube and social media channels.Works closely with: Producer/Director

Key Responsibilities-Plan and execute video shoots while traveling, including coordinating logistics, equipment, andschedules with support from the Coordinator.-Capture high-quality video footage of the Influencer in various settings and situations.-Conduct and film interviews with the Influencer and other relevant individuals encountered during travel.-Manage and maintain all video and audio equipment ensuring it's properly packed and functional for travel.-Collaborate with the Influencer to develop content ideas and storylines on the fly that align with overall project goals.-Adapt quickly to changing environments and unexpected situations while traveling.-Direct small crew or work solo to capture necessary footage and audio.-Ensure proper lighting and sound quality in various and often unpredictable locations.-Organize and manage digital assets, including backup up footage regularly while on the road.-Perform preliminary editing and review of footage during downtime to ensure all necessarycontent is being captured.-Maintain clear communications with the production team, providing regular updates and sharingcontent as needed.-Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints while traveling and 'in-studio'-Ensure all necessary releases and permissions are obtained for filming in different locations.-Be prepared to capture impromptu moments and opportunities that arise during travel.-Maintain a strong working relationship with the main subject, balancing professional needs withpersonal boundaries during extended travel periods.-Assist in producing additional content (video/photo) for YouTube and other social media platformsto support other primary projects.-Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise in remote and challenging locations.
