The

Digital Marketing Specialist

will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company brand and products. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels.

Digital Marketing Specialist ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.Develop and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including creating graphics and producing videos.Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO.Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across all digital channels.Create, curate, and manage published content (image, video, written).Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Digital Marketing Specialist SkillsStrong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrable social networking skills.Skills and experience in creative content writing.Strong analytical mindset and data-driving thinking.Excellent organization and time management skills.Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.

Digital Marketing Specialist Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in (Digital) Marketing, Business, or a related field.At least 3-4 years of relevant online marketing experience.Familiarity with B2B and B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.Working knowledge of ad serving, social and web analytic tools.
