What You Will Be DoingThe Service Technician supports AVI Systems’ clients directly by assisting with maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of their integrated Audio-Visual Technologies
What You Bring to Assure Success:Previous experience in the service or installation of audio, video, and/or audiovisual, presentation systems and IT/NetworksAbility to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfactionCommunication and customer relation skillsAbility and willingness to travel to customer sitesInfoComm CTS Certification preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Any other industry related certifications and training are also a plus. (Ex: Crestron, Extron, Shure, Dante, QSC, Biamp etc.)
