Cure Hydration – Creative Manager

About the Job:At Cure Hydration, we’re obsessed with helping our customers and employees thrive. As our Creative Manager, you will report to Cure’s Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for partnering directly with all department leads on ideating and executing Cure’s creative vision. This position will continue expanding on brand systems and creative assets that tell a strong and consistent story, and propel the brand forward.

This person will be eager to concept and execute campaigns across channels that drive growth online and in-store. You have experience in branding, digital and packaging design as well as copywriting and overall creative direction.

We’re looking for a kind, ambitious, imaginative, and detail-oriented person to be the creative leader for our expanding brand.

We are a nimble and focused team that loves to create special moments for our customers. This role will be an integral member of our marketing department, reporting to the CMO. They will set the vision for our creative and consumer communication strategy and execute all creative assets.

In this role you will:

Creative StrategyDefine Cure’s creative vision, building upon Cure’s existing brand strategy and brand guidelines, and implementing that vision across the brandDevelop and implement a creative strategy across marketing channels which currently includes Social, Email, Website, Packaging, Collateral, and RetailDetermine creative vision for each marketing channel at Cure and work with the marketing team to execute and drive measurable results

Brand Development and DesignLead the brand creative process from ideation to asset execution in all channels, including but not limited to product launch campaigns, packaging, social media, brand marketing, collateral, site design, ad design, copywriting, and content creationWork directly with external creative collaborators to create a holistic consumer experience, including copywriters, animators, photographers, and moreCollaborate with all departments to concept and execute a full consumer experience, from brainstorming ideas to creating fully realized assets

PeopleInspire internal team with your passion for brand building and designManage creative freelancers and agency partners across UX design, photography, retouching, and copyWork collaboratively with Sales to bring Cure’s brand to life in wholesale/retail channelsWork collaboratively with Operations to create packaging assets for new products

About You:
