PR: 58-68/hr (depending on YOE)

Functional Overview: The brand creative and performance marketing teams are seeking a Creative Producer to create and scale content assets that reach broader audiences. This role will involve driving projects and campaigns through the creative process by collaborating with writers, designers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams. The Creative Producer will optimize processes to maximize efficiency and quality, enabling the creative team to produce engaging performance ads at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the performance marketing team to deliver a high volume of digital assets across global markets on tight timelines.
  • Drive creative production from concept to completion with internal teams of writers, designers, marketing managers, contractors, and external production agencies.
  • Oversee and coordinate localization for key motion and static assets.
  • Manage team allocation with Design, Writing, and Motion teams on current and upcoming projects.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the creative process to meet high production output.
  • Collaborate with the broader creative operations team on best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with creative and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of creative production experience, particularly in digital and performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a deep understanding of creative asset types and volume.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex problems into simple solutions.
  • Experience with localization and managing creative processes for global markets.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, adapting to the needs of different projects, teams, and systems.
  • Must be able to quickly adopt existing processes, including timelines, budgets, and ways of working, to support the team through a busy period.
