Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated UX Designer II to join our Private Label Solution (PLS) XD team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to develop and enhance the Partner Portal, a key product that enables our PLS partners to manage their business. Your work will focus on crafting seamless, delightful experiences for partners as they optimize their performance and manage their business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design and refine the Partner Portal product for PLS partners.Create sketches, wireframes, flows, design comps, and prototypes with a solid foundation in visual and interaction design principles.Explore and present design solutions based on customer needs, wants, and problems.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including experience designers, content designers, and researchers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.Use design systems, components, and patterns effectively with guidance.Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to team members.Gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.Assist in defining success metrics for design problems and track their effectiveness.Engage in team idea generation sessions and provide constructive feedback on design work.

Problem Definition and Product Strategy

Facilitate gathering and synthesizing diverse insights to inform design direction.Influence project or product strategy by developing clear, actionable UX visions based on well-defined problem statements.Establish and track customer experience success metrics for projects.

Ideation and Visualization

Explore diverse design directions, evaluating concepts to determine the best solutions.Confidently facilitate idea generation sessions with stakeholders.Demonstrate mastery of visual and interaction design principles, creating sketches, wireframes, and prototypes with minimal guidance.

Communication and Presentation

Present clear and compelling design rationale to team members and stakeholders, supported by customer and business insights.Seek and address diverse feedback on design work proactively.

Customer Centricity

Apply and adapt design and research processes to meet project needs.Develop deep customer empathy through research and data insights.Communicate customer-centric goals and perspectives in presentations.

Who You Are

Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of professional UX design experience.A strong appreciation for human-centered design and creating exceptional customer experiences.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience developing cohesive, strategic design visions for complex products or services.
