User Experience Researcher at Manpower Group in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Our client in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a User Experience Researcher to join their team for a 7-8 month contract. Job Title: User Experience Researcher Location: Remote Pay Range: $67-73/hr What's the Job? + Interface with product, design, and development teams to raise awareness of user needs, pain points, and behaviors + Conducts research to better understand the employee experience and design solutions to help improve the experience + Develop UX Research artifacts: proposals, moderator's guides, and results summaries + Fully execute research projects from initial kick off, to fielding/interviewing, to sharing findings as a primary researcher What's Needed? + 2+ years of experience conducting formal research + Practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques like contextual inquiry, usability testing, competitive benchmarking, interviews, focus groups, and surveys + Experience with UX Research tools like the OptimalSort, UserZoom, , or other tools + Experience with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or other survey platforms + An obsession with understanding how to make amazing experiences for human beings What's in it for me? + Mon - Fri, 8-5 + Remote work environment + Excellent company culture + Long-term contract (7-8 months) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
