Our corporate headquarters is in Garden City, NY and the company operates four regional operations centers in New York City, Boston, Miami, and Washington DC.We are currently hiring Junior and Senior Audio Visual Specialists from Boston to Miami.Core ResponsibilitiesCandidate will possess AV/Technical knowledge of current conference room and event technology (Crestron, Controllers, Digital Signal Processors, ).Candidate will have a working knowledge of Crestron Fusion systems.Execute Preventative Maintenance room sweeps/checks each day when not supporting end users.As part of AV system checks, test each individual piece of equipment to ensure that everything is set to factory specifications in order to obtain optimum performance.Report and escalate any system problem that are found during AV system checks.Manage any AV system issue escalations with 3rd party service vendors or internal teams.Perform AV triage and maintenance (replacing bad HDMI cables, dongles, ) as needed.Assist with the trouble shooting and maintenance of the various AV control systems including firmware and control code updates.Manage scheduled meetings and provide on-site AV & Video conferencing production & operations end user presentation support uponReview schedules for next day requests to ensure equipment is .Provide regular and consistent coordination and follow up with Office Services and Communications Department and/or individual clients with regards to all scheduled meetingProvide staff training for new users on existing systems.Manage content servers and digital media distribution.Maintain inventory of A/V consumables for fixed and portableCompensationCommensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life Insurance, Domestic Coverage, Paid Family Leave, generous Paid Time Off, Commuter Benefit, Paid Holidays, a 401k plan with a discretionary employer match and Company paid Group Term Life Insurance and Long Term Disability.Qualified candidates interested in joining a growing, customer-oriented organization are encouraged to send their resume, including salary requirements.Visit us at www.tritechcomm.comTRITECH IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
