Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and assist in promoting our plant-based meat products. This role will support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and content creation, while helping to expand brand awareness and engagement with health-conscious and environmentally aware consumers. The ideal candidate has a passion for plant-based foods and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Education/Prerequisite Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Three to five years in Marketing, Promotional Sales, or related field, preferably in the food industry

Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Work Specifications – Responsibilities:

Collaborates with Research and Development and Sales to ensure marketing aligns with business goals and product launches

Identifies target customers and markets

Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, digital ads, and in-store promotions

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences within the plant-based sector. Compile data into reports and provide insights to the marketing team

Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, and sampling events

Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients

Attends trade shows and community fairs and staffs the company booth

Performs other duties as assigned
