The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of business-to-business sales (from lead generation through close), leadership, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive performance through collaboration and innovation. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies within Florida and expanding our market share beyond the state and enhance brand visibility. This role will be responsible for building and inspiring a new sales team, cultivating key client relationships and customer satisfaction, and implementing effective sales strategies and processes to meet and exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement strategic sales goals to achieve revenue targets on a national scale. Identify and convert qualified prospects to new customers to augment client base. 2. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to executive leadership with insights and recommendations for improvement. 3. Maintain relationships with existing client base in collaboration with escrow officers and management. 4. Recruit, hire, train and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and collective success. 5. Create best practice standards of performance, including CRM inputs and methods, and hold sales team accountable to those standards. 6. Present title and closing production procedures, administrative product information and demonstrations to clients. 7. Maintains high visibility in real estate community by representing the company at social/business functions 8. Identify key market trends, industry regulation, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies and market positioning. 9. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Underwriting and Finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. 11. Develop and manage the national sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment. 10. Stay abreast of advancements in technology and information services to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive in the marketplace. 11. Maintain strict client confidentiality. 12. Exhibit a courteous, business-like manner and professional demeanor. Qualifications Proven track record of successful B2B sales and leadership in the real estate title sector, ideally overseeing a region or a state sales. A deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to drive performance through collaboration and innovation Established relationships with title agents in the Florida title insurance market, real estate information services sector, or the public record information services industry Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, employees, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors. Lead by positive example Results-driven mindset and the capacity to navigate a dynamic business landscape Strong leadership and team-building skills, established connections within the field Ability to collaborate and interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and motivate a sales team Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools Willingness to travel nationally as required. Overnight business travel by air and/or automobile may be required.
