Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity.1945 The Exchange SEAtlanta, GA 30339, USAA Day in the Life and the Impact You’ll Make:The Senior Marketing and Merchandising Manager (M&M) is responsible for leading the merchandise and marketing teams for all DEKRA Safety and Emissions stations in the America’s. They manage inventory tracking, preparing replenishment orders, maintaining item data within the POS system, and reporting. They will analyze KPI’s associated with marketing campaigns, sales and market trends, and provide product life cycle and line extension recommendations. They will work closely with the Senior Vice President of VI and the local management in different countries in the performance of these duties, up to and including in the execution of product introduction and phase-out, product data maintenance, product flow, inventory control goals, and marketing creation.What You'll Do:Lead M&M personnel in other countries in the AmericasPartner with IT and VP of operation for VI to accurately load new items into POS system.Test products that perform well in the USA in other countries, while also testing products from other countries in the USAManage new merchandise vendor set up in IAW DEKRA guidelines.Lead and manage daily detail related to marketing projects and campaigns in all the Americas.Lead stakeholders in creation of marketing plans and campaignsLead teams in planning, overseeing, digital and social media content updates.Create content related to social media, digital and print materialDevelop and manage inbound marketing campaigns using the salesforce platform.Develop and manage internal communication tools, such as VOOC.Analyze campaign outcomes and dashboard tools and make adjustments as needed.Develop marketing and brand materials and ensure brand consistency.Lead marketing personnel in other countries with research to ensure correct usage of brand guidelinesLead and support M&M budget, for each area of the Americas.Establish and maintain “win-win" business relationships with Automotive Inspection businesses in the Americas.Establish quarterly and yearly goals for the Americas M&M team.Regular communication with the M&M team and the management of teams throughout the AmericasComplete surveys (internal and competitive) and compliance inspections at Stations.Oversee proper product management with vendor communication ensuring in-stock conditions and merchandising best practices.Lead regional teams in gathering information and providing feedback on market conditions with suggestions for new/improved business opportunities.Evaluates market trends and partners with local/country marketing people to strategize and implement innovations that improve sales, productivity and profit.Ensures that all Vehicle Inspection Stations are merchandised in accordance with Company guidelines for maximum sales impact; floor sets are well planned and executed in a timely manner; and that visual and feature fixtures are maintained and reflect Company standards.Other responsibilities as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of retail merchandising and marketing support experienceExperienced in digital marketingAutomotive retail experience a plus, but not required.Must be fluent in SpanishAnalytical skillsMust be organized and detailed oriented.Must display professional and ethical conduct at all times.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills and effective problem solver.Physical Considerations:Ability to work in a general office environmentAbility to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephoneAbility to work flexible and long hours, as neededAbility to lift 25-50lbs (luggage)Travel:Domestic travel required, estimated less than 10%What You’ll Receive for the Value You Bring:Compensation:The base pay for this position is $82,000 annually to $106,000 annually.
