Visa is seeking a talented Sr. Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strong, cohesive narrative across multiple business units, enabling us to show up as One Visa, deliver hard-hitting impact, and ensure our brand LTF shows consistently no matter where the message shows up or who is delivering it.The Sr. Marketing Manager will work directly with executives and needs to be confident in their capabilities and abilities – both in listening and strategizing – ensuring their expertise shows up and helps shape the work to be stronger. We like to get our hands dirty around here, regardless of level. We pull together as a team. This role will support content that will show up in digital, social media, events, sales pitches, mainstage presentations and more. Your ability to be versatile and flexible are signatures of success.This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with a profound understanding of how to use content to engage audiences and drive business objectives. We consider ourselves to be an audience-first business – which means, we need to understand not only who our customers are, but what keeps them at night and how we can help them succeed.Essential FunctionsSupport and execute a brand narrative strategy that aligns with our business goals.Develop and manage executive presentations.Create and support a modular approach to all content that enables our teams to have the right message, built for the right place, to be delivered at the right time.Ensure all creative is on-brand. Support brand governance and alignment.Manage collection, curation, production of content across the spectrum - from high-level narrative to solutions to case studies – that shows up everywhere from the boardroom to a social media platform on your mobile.Work cross-functionally with other marketing teams, product teams, and sales.Support content creation and management for select virtual and in-person events.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.Preferred Qualifications7+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or communications.7+ years working in content marketing, creative, or a specialty that requires those skills.Ability to construct smart, sharp storylines and supporting assets that are visually interesting, authentic, and professional production grade.Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to create engaging and informative content.Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.Knows what to look for and how to explain the results and the 'so what' to stakeholders.Highly organized with a passion for ensuring projects are clearly outlined and moving.You are a positive individual who is a team player. Open-minded and flexible.Ability to distill and tailor complex information for key audiences.Know-how of brand and demand.Experience in fintech or payments industry experience a plus, but not required.Basic proficiency in digital analytics.Executive and/or strategy support.Additional InformationWork Hours:

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,900.00 to 192,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
