Join our top-notch team of more than 50,000 diverse professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands.The Job:Develop and implement communication strategy and plans in support of the corporate functions’ strategies and overall business objectives, particularly those of HR and DE&I.Play a critical role in accelerating HR transformation efforts, focusing on advancing our talent and culture strategy.Influence alignment across a complex stakeholder landscape to drive integrated communication solutions.Guide leaders at all levels within Corporate Functions to lead with empathy and implement communication rhythms that keep employees connected.Craft and deploy written and visual communications for key business initiatives tailored to different internal stakeholders.Leverage existing channels and create new channels to enhance employee engagement and collaboration globally.Champion feedback channels to inform communication and leader engagement strategies.Lead change communication strategies for organizational structure changes and large-scale initiatives.Maintain and utilize key measures of success and data-driven metrics to refine communication approaches.Partner with HR and business partners to drive employee engagement and communicate a compelling employee value proposition.The Person:8-10+ years of professional experience in Communications, Marketing or related field, with experience in HR communications preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Strategic advisor with consulting skills to counsel senior leaders on communications strategy.Leader with an innovative mindset who excels at embedding contemporary tools for communication.Demonstrated writing, editing and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences.Ability to translate strategy into high-impact visual presentations.Strong project management capabilities, with leadership for multiple assignments from conception to completion.Knowledge of current trends in digital media/social media.Ability to travel as needed (typically no more than 20% of the time).The Details:You’ll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan including medical, dental, life, vision, wellness program, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.And More:Grow: Be part of our global company with 20+ brands to develop your skills along multiple career paths.Learn: Access to a wealth of learning resources, including our Lean Academy and online university.Belong: Experience a workplace with mutual respect and appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion.Give Back: Help us continue to make positive changes through volunteerism and sustainable practices.Who We Are:We’re the World’s largest tool company, committed to innovative technology and advancing the manufacturing trade.
