Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Estimated annual base pay: $266,000 (minimum) - $333,000 (midpoint) - $400,000 (maximum)Long-term incentive compensation in the form of equityAll members included in annual cash bonus opportunity

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Vice President of Sales, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

The Vice President Industrial Sales is responsible for global sales growth and profit for the Industrial business group. The role serves as the strategic contact with foundational customers as well as the global management team and is accountable for the development and execution of regional sales plans and strategies that support company growth and profitability objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and nurture top-level strategic relationships with customersEnsure sales strategies for new and existing products or services are aligned with product roadmapsRepresent the voice of the customer and is a key driver of global strategic alignment

What We Are Looking For

Minimum of 10 years progressive sales experience, preferably in an industrial engine, turbine or electrical power systems market.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role

Track record of results working for a multinational company (companies) with a diverse, global customer baseExtensive experience working with a technical/engineered product serving complex accounts and channelsSales leadership with large-scale sales experience (i.e. $150M+) highly desired

3-5 years general management experience in product service related environment preferred

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business disciplineMasters of Business Administration preferredAdditional training in specialized areas such as program management, negotiations, strategic selling a plus
