About the Role Interior Define is seeking a Product Designer as a new team member to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a passionate, motivated, and self-starting designer. You are excited to work on a team focused on disrupting and leading the home furnishings industry.

2-5 years digital design experienceA deep interest in ecommerce (particularly D2C brands)Motivated to design with the customer firmly in mindExcellent taste for art and designStrong visual design skillsTrack record of designing and shipping customer-facing digital productsAble to create compelling design systems that scaleUnderstand the power of combining user data and designProficiency with or willingness to learn how to use analytics toolsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionallyAbility to work closely with an engineering teamAbility to work 1:1 with front-end developers and manage projects for developmentResourceful and self-reliant, able to solve complex problemsExcited about learning and further defining UX/UI design standards for the businessSelf-motivated and a positive team playerAble to project manage and become proficient in project management practices and toolsResponsibilities
