to join the opening leadership team. Independent hotel and/or extended stay experience preferred.

Catbird is an independent hotel in RiNo that blurs the line between hotel and home. It features adaptable spaces that foster a deeper sense of belonging for our guests and community. The hotel has 165 rooms with hybrid furniture, a lobby with comfortable spaces, grab-and-go food options, and flexibility for work-life balance. Guest rooms include full kitchens and multi-functional furniture.
The rooftop features an indoor/outdoor bar and an inviting deck with lounge seating and firepits, perfect for enjoying views of the Denver skyline. The rooftop also has spaces for corporate and social events, including two additional meeting rooms.
Job Overview
Meets and exceeds revenue goals by developing new accounts and growing current hotel accounts through a profitable selling approach.
Responsibilities
Achieve a minimum of 90% of productivity goals and 100% of activity goals.
Lead direct reports to achieve property sales goals.
Target appointment-oriented sales calls to ensure a successful direct sales program.
Maximize current hotel key accounts for revenue growth.
Oversee the hotel’s long-term leasing strategy.
Capture competitor's accounts through networking and research.
Plan and implement an ongoing Targeted Account Development
