We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing - Makeup Treatment & Spa based in New York, NY.The role:You will develop marketing strategies and programs to drive growth in key product categories and the US spa business in support of brand objectives while delivering on time and with excellence. You will lead, coach, and develop the Marketing Coordinator and Intern to ensure completion and execution of all projects.What you’ll do:In an environment where our customers are a top priority, you will oversee category development for Makeup, Men’s, Body, Sun and the US Spa business with a focus on reinforcing Clarins core values.Manage basic business portfolio for Makeup, Men’s, Body & Sun categories including development of re-support promotions, marketing collateral, price positioning and competitive analysis.Oversee annual launch programs for category by driving forecasts, developing launch presentations, leading local product positioning, spearheading asset development, and performance analysis.Drive US spa business with ownership of the promotional calendar; act as liaison with sales and spa team to support daily business needs and analyze KPI’s.Develop and maintain marketing and spa budgets with focus on achieving company CSR initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supervise marketing coordinator and interns to ensure timely completion and successful execution of all department projects.You are:Detail-oriented, well organized, decisive, and results oriented.Team player with good communication and presentation skills.Good self-starter and able to motivate the team working towards achieving the common goal.Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset.Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty.You have:Minimum 7 years of Marketing experience.Bachelor’s degree.Color Cosmetics experience or prestige beauty channel experience required.Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint for in-depth analysis, reports & presentationsExcellent verbal and written communication.Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a dynamic, creative, challenging & fast-paced environment.We have:Close to 70 years of expertise in beauty and spa, with the Clarins and myBlend brands.Unique products and innovative services.A commitment to Social & Environmental Responsibility embedded in ourraison d'être.A caring and inclusive corporate culture.Development and training opportunities.Attractive compensation and benefits.A flexible work environment, with up to 3 days of remote working per week.Salary: $100,000-$120,000Benefits:Hybrid office modelHealthcare including Medical, Dental and Vision401k + matchGratisTuition ReimbursementIf you have a curious mind, a thirst to go further and the drive to boldly take on new challenges, join us.At Clarins Group, we believe in making life more beautiful for our employees and our customers.
