Salesforce Admin Relations seeks a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team.

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing content strategies that drive enablement of a key technical audience within the Salesforce Ecosystem: the Salesforce Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management and Development: Support and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Salesforce's trailblazer enablement goals. Handle a regular cadence of relevant, quality content for the admin blog and YouTube channel. Collaborate with writers, editors, and content creators to build and edit engaging and impactful content for diverse channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall audience messaging, tone and brand.

Audience Engagement & Growth: Apply analytics to evaluate content performance and refine strategies for continuous enhancement. Report on campaign success, content impact, and overall channel growth. Identify content opportunities through market insights and performance analysis.

Traffic Management: Ensure the smooth flow and coordination of content projects across various team members. Lead timelines and facilitate effective communication within the team.

Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with internal and external partners, including subject matter authorities, designers, and external agencies, to bring content initiatives to fruition. Optimally project lead content creation processes, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards. Assist with various team projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

5 years of demonstrated ability in content marketing, preferably in the technology industry.

Outstanding writing and editing skills with a curiosity about crafting compelling narratives.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize content performance.

Ability to balance multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Flexible, creative self-starter comfortable with risk-taking and change.

Preferred Qualifications

Proactive individual with strong project management skills and a keen eye for process optimization.

SEO experience is a plus.

Prior experience in IT/tech industry, familiarity with Salesforce products and solutions.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,400 to $183,300. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,300 to $201,500. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
