The Graphic Designer will develop a design strategy, and conceptualize, create, and implement high-impact and results-driven graphics. The work will communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate using digital media, newsletters, email campaigns, print, presentations, and brochures. Designs will drive response while meeting set brand standards and accurately conveying the defined communication message for the target audiences. This work will include high-level creative concepts, art selection, typography treatment, page layout, and print production. This role will be responsible for ensuring all work is on brand, accurate, inclusive, creative, and aligned to the organization’s vision, values, strategy, and goals.

Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide variety of work that creatively meets the business needs outlined for each project. These may include print and digital ads, signage, event and conference displays, logos and branded materials, website, social and email marketing.Design and create materials that aid in promoting our services and brand, including brochures, digital and print ads, emails, direct mail, and web pages.Stay up to date with the latest in B2B and consumer marketing, design, and technology trends to bring new ideas and innovations to our family of companies.Transform written and/or verbal information into unique and varied creative designs with minimal supervision and/or guidance given the fast-paced and results-oriented environment.Interact with supervisor to clarify project objectives, define the scope of tasks, and ensure successful project completion.Make corrections and revisions to work and ensure final product is complete and accurate.Provide design training and coaching to other team members as needed.Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested.Complete additional job duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:

3+ years’ design work in a corporate or agency setting as demonstrated through a portfolio.BA in Graphic Design preferred.Knowledge & Skills:

Sensitivity to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population.A commitment to the values of the organization while demonstrating good judgment, flexibility, patience and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), especially Excel and related computer software.Consistently demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.Work in an exciting, fast paced high energy environment while effectively multitasking and managing day-to-day responsibilities without supervision.Personable; able to work comfortably with individuals at all levels within the organization.Excellent verbal and writing communication skills; frequent proofreading and checking documents for accuracy.Must be highly detail oriented.Strong interpersonal skills.Physical Requirements:

Must be able to communicate effectively within the work environment, read and write using the primary language in the workplace.Visual and auditory ability to work with clients, staff and others in the workplace continuously.Frequent speaking and listening (25-75%) to clients, staff, and others in the workplace.Utilize computer and cell phone for effective communication.Conditions of Employment

Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.Ability to obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.Able to travel 20% to meet in California offices, meet customers, clients and partners and attend conferences as necessary.Must attend any required training.Time Type:
