We are seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to elevate our retail and direct-to-consumer sales efforts, ensuring an outstanding client experience at every touchpoint.Position Summary:

As the Studio Manager at Love House, you will drive sales, foster client relationships, and manage our retail strategy. You will be the face of our brand, connecting with clients, managing vendor partnerships, and leading our sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for luxury design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.Key Duties:Oversee all aspects of retail and direct-to-consumer sales, including developing strategies to grow our client base and enhance sales performance.Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering a personalized, high-touch service that reflects the Love House ethos.Create and manage sales tools, presentations, and materials for retail clients.Keep online listings up to date with new assets from artistsManage the sample library, ensuring it is up-to-date and organized to meet client needs.Develop engaging weekly email campaigns to keep clients informed about new products, promotions, and events.Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry and quoting to invoicing, delivery, and follow-up support.Provide in-depth product knowledge, offering expertise on our customization options, finishes, and lead times to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.Triage sales leads, categorizing and prioritizing them to optimize our sales efforts and conversion rates.Ensure all client interactions are handled with professionalism, warmth, and a high level of personal service, whether in-person, over the phone, or via email.Support the full spectrum of the design process, including consultations, space planning, product selection, and coordination of deliveries.Create visually compelling presentations that align with our brand aesthetics and communicate design concepts effectively.Work directly with Artists represented by Love House to optimize sales.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in sales, interior design, or related roles, with a focus on luxury or high-end retail environments.Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage high-profile clients confidently.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building lasting client relationships.Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking in a busy setting.Familiarity with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.A keen eye for design and an appreciation for luxury aesthetics; artistic skills are a plus but not required.Why Join Us?At Love House, we offer a creative and collaborative work environment where your contributions directly impact our brand’s success.
