The Opportunity

Gamewise, Delaware North’s Interactive Gaming division, is hiring a Senior VIP and Partnership Marketing Manager to lead the VIP and Partnership marketing teams and initiatives. In this role, you’ll drive impact by leading strategic and operational efforts designed to capture and retain loyalty of high-valued VIP guests. Additionally, you’ll take the lead on guiding strategy and operations for partnership marketing and events.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81900 - $110600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

Manage a team of VIP Account Managers; establish and monitor goals for telemarketing, event booking, player value and visitation, and more.

Maintain regular and proactive communications with top VIP players through all channels of communication including phone, text, email, and in-person.

Develop and implement competitive long and short term incentive programs to motivate team performance metric for new business acquisition, reactivation, and win-back of declining and defecting play.

Identify opportunities to nurture prospective VIPs; design and execute programming to increment play. Program planning includes financial forecasting, analysis, promotional strategy, and guiding the team on execution.

With guidance from the Director of Marketing - ideate, plan and maintain a strategic calendar of property events, offsite activations, trips focused on both rewarding VIP loyalty and driving conversion of brick and mortar players to online.

Partner with CRM and Promotions team members to develop and implement online VIP promotions and content personalization.

Evaluate play and authorize high value discretionary comps for the VIP Account Management Team.

Collaborate with Delaware North property Marketing and Player Development leaders to develop and execute campaigns to convert online players to offline, and offline players to online.

Partner with the Director of Marketing to leverage sponsorship and partnership deliverables to activate existing and prospective audiences.

Champion the VIP guest experience, both in person and in app, by proactively conducting guest touchpoints, plan surveys, and liaise with Customer Service team members to keep apprised of VIP requests, comments, and concerns.

Maintain a pulse on competitor VIP activities, share with relevant stakeholders and implement change to ensure Betly and MVGBet are competitive contenders in the iGaming VIP space.

Qualifications

Must be of legal gambling age.

Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license in all active jurisdictions.

Ability to travel based on marketing calendar and sports seasonality (weekends and holidays may be included), up to 50% per month is required.

+5 year of experience in a marketing or player development role for online sports betting, online casino, or land based casino required.

+3 years experience leading a marketing or sales team required.

+3 years building and managing complex events and promotions required.

Ability to analyze and interpret complex gaming data and make rational and strategic business decisions accordingly.

Ability to collect, organize, present departmental business performance metrics to executive level stakeholders.

Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Comfortable making outgoing phone calls to guests.

Understanding of the online Sports betting and iCasino industry, wager types, user flows, rules, and the ability to speak to them comfortably.

Knowledgeable of various casino games and rules.
