Draws up the Sales and Marketing Plans annually together with General Managers of the hotels.Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Sales departments, providing leadership, motivation, and inspiration to the team to achieve or exceed targets.Develops business across all segments, including Groups & Event Sales, corporate and leisure consortia, from both new and existing accounts within the structure rate levels/volumes agreed upon.Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).Qualifications
Previous Director/Manager leadership experience within sales and marketing required . Cluster role experience would be an advantage.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Ability to achieve targeted penetration index and guest satisfaction levels.Identify opportunities and leverage networks within the media.Resumes with relevant hotel experience will be given priority consideration.
