Storyville Coffee Company is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our e-commerce team in the Seattle, WA, area. This is a hybrid remote/in-person position.ROLE:We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Marketing Manager to help lead the effort to increase brand awareness, growth and engagement across Storyville and Futurebean brands. The Marketing Manager will help shape and coordinate paid and owned advertising to prospective customers as well as engage and build community and loyalty with existing subscribers and guests. The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of E-Commerce and work closely with our creative team of graphic designers, copywriters, videographers and photographers. Email (experience with Klaviyo a plus)SMSOrganic Social (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Influencers, etc.)Paid Ad Channels (Google, podcasts, Amazon, etc.)

Manages paid advertising day-to-day

Pulls levers on paid social and paid Google (paid social experience required)Manages deliverables of creative assets, copy and creative direction to agencies for any outsourced ad channelsMonitors all channels in real time to ensure we are within our acceptable range of acquisition costs and to identify immediate needs for adjustment or opportunities to optimizeTracks and analyzes data for each channelStrategizes and proposes entirely new paid ad channels and strategies to testMeets with Director of E-Commerce on a weekly basis to present prior week’s results and propose any changes to strategy, creative, budget, etc.Meets with Director of E-Commerce and President on a monthly basis for high-level report on previous month’s results as well as the following month’s strategy

Manages owned marketing day-to-day

Ensures all email campaigns and flows are created, properly scheduled and targeted according to the approved marketing calendarEnsures all SMS campaigns and flows are created, properly scheduled and targeted according to the approved marketing calendarCreates and schedules all social media posts according to the approved calendarMonitors social media for user-generated content and shares, adds to stories, replies, etc., as appropriateStrategizes and proposes entirely new ideas for building community amongst our guests and subscribers

Project manages and coordinates creative team as it relates to marketing materials and assets (designers, photographers, videographers, audio professionals and copywriters)

Builds outlines for photo/video/graphic needs based on strategy, then manages all players to deliver in prioritized fashion based on the marketing calendar and needsMain point of contact at Storyville for various creative subcontractors

Assists in marketing efforts for brick and mortar locations

This is primarily an E-Commerce position, but there will be times where there is crossover and collaboration on marketing efforts for our in-shop experiences as well.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS2+ years of e-commerce marketing experience (subscription experience a plus)2+ years of experience working within Meta and Google ad manager platformsExtensive knowledge and skill using social media and supportive platforms for organic social managementExtensive knowledge and experience with email marketing platforms
