The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing effective marketing strategies to reach our target audience.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet their sales goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales, technical sales, and business development.

Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance, manage accounts, and analyze customer data to optimize sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to ensure exceptional customer service and account management.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales and marketing efforts are always relevant and effective.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing, or in a similar leadership role.

Strong background in technical sales, outside sales, or technology sales.

Excellent sales and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience with Salesforce and other sales automation tools.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong business development skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.

Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,611.00 - $100,000.00 per year
