GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER
ProService is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the strategy, development, execution, optimization and results of marketing efforts across the buyer's journey. This role is critical to growing ProService's business. As a member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with sales to achieve aggressive goals within the small market segment. To be successful you must have experience with a variety of marketing channels, a focus on metrics and learning, and a resourceful, don't-mind-digging-in mindset. Your digital and traditional marketing prowess will be instrumental as you lead end-to-end campaigns and drive new MQLs to sales.

What You'll Bring To The TeamProven experience increasing MQLs and opportunities in a B2B environment.Experience owning multi-channel, integrated campaigns from A-to-Z.Track record of improving conversion rates, using data to inform decision-making.An excellent writer and communicator, with long and short-form copy.Proven capability to handle campaigns from strategy through execution.Experience crafting targeted email nurture campaigns, with higher-than-industry average click-through rates.Experience overseeing agencies helping with Paid Search, Paid Social, and SEO.Demonstrable understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and Search Engine Optimization.Experience in integrated marketing, email marketing, content marketing, lead nurturing, and/or traditional marketing channels.
