We are seeking a talented Creative Account Director to join our team.

Responsibilities

Project Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative division, including videographers, editors, and photographers.

Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and meet the agency’s quality standards.

Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all team members are aware of deadlines and responsibilities.

Client Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the creative division.

Provide weekly updates to clients via email, summarizing project status, upcoming deliverables, and any potential challenges.

Attend virtual client meetings, answer client questions, take detailed notes on new requests, and provide status updates on behalf of the creative department.

Address client concerns promptly and work with the team to provide effective solutions.

Content Production Planning

Forecast and document planned content productions, including in-studio shoots, local shoots, and productions requiring travel.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all necessary resources (e.g., equipment, personnel, locations) are secured for upcoming productions.

Monitor production budgets and ensure projects stay within the allocated budget.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Advertising Account Director to understand the production needs of clients who are both advertising and creative clients.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of client projects are aligned and delivered cohesively.

Facilitate communication between the creative and advertising teams to ensure all client needs are met.

Team Leadership

Provide leadership and guidance to the creative team, ensuring that all members are motivated and focused on delivering high-quality work.

Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address any issues, and align on goals.

Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and support to help them develop their skills.

Quality Control

Review and approve all creative deliverables before they are sent to clients.

Ensure that all work adheres to the agency’s standards and meets the client’s expectations.

Implement processes to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the creative team’s output.

Reporting

Generate and present reports on the status of ongoing projects, including key metrics such as on-time delivery rates, client satisfaction, and project budgets.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on ways to improve the creative division’s performance.

Strategy and Innovation

Contribute to the overall strategy of the creative division, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve the agency’s creative offerings.

Work with the creative team to develop new concepts and approaches that align with client goals and expectations.

CompensationYour annual salary will be paid in bi-weekly installments. Employee will be eligible, at first sixth-month review, for an annual raise. This potential increase is contingent upon a satisfactory performance evaluation and alignment with our organizational goals during this period.

Work ScheduleYou will be required to be on duty from Monday - Friday, 8:45 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.

BenefitsAfter your first 90 days, you will be awarded 10 days of PTO. Only three consecutive days of PTO be allowed at a time upon providing adequate prior written notice. Your PTO days will not roll over.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
