Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director with a proven track record in strategic marketing and leadership to drive global growth strategies within our Cell & Gene Therapy sector. This role demands a visionary leader with a minimum of 12 years of management experience, particularly in developing business strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and navigating the cell/gene therapy market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market access and a strategic mindset to effectively implement and oversee global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Mindset / Global Perspective

Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies for cell and gene therapies.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and adaptability across different regions.

Business Acumen / Customer Focus

Understand and anticipate customer needs and market dynamics to provide innovative solutions that exceed expectations.

Utilize customer insights and industry trends to drive service improvements and strategic initiatives.

Oversee market access strategies and stakeholder engagement to enhance product reach and impact.

Drives for Results / Ensures Accountability

Set ambitious goals and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

Promote a sense of urgency and accountability within the team, ensuring timely execution and overcoming challenges.

Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Drives Engagement (Influencing across functions/regions)

Create and maintain a positive, motivating work environment that values team contributions.

Influence and engage with stakeholders across various functions and regions to align objectives and drive collaboration.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 12 years of management experience with a focus on business strategy development, marketing, and cross-functional leadership. Experience in the cell/gene therapy market is preferred. Knowledge of market access is a plus.

Leadership:

Proven track record in high-level strategic marketing and leading diverse teams in a complex, matrixed environment.

Skills:

Strong strategic mindset, global perspective, and ability to drive results and accountability. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions and regions.
