Senior Enterprise Marketing Technology Manager

Remote, USPosition SummaryWe are looking for a strategic marketing technology architect to shape and manage our marketing technology ecosystem. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our MarTech stack matches with our marketing strategies and enables data-driven campaigns, personalized customer experiences and measurable growth.You will have a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, analytics, and integrations and a passion for the intersection of technology, data and design required for this role that blends technical expertise with executive influence.You will be managing our overall technology roadmap in collaboration with the marketing operations managers also in the team, who specialize in areas such as AdTech, CRM, ABM & Marketing Automation – they will provide input and guidance into what the overall marketing team needs are.Primary responsibilitiesResponsible for MarTech blueprint:

Design and maintain a comprehensive marketing technology architecture, including automation, analytics, data management, personalization and general marketing solutions.Analyze technology against marketing objectives:

Partner closely with marketing executives to translate business requirements into technology solutions. Ensuring our MarTech roadmap scales to support evolving campaigns and business needs.Data-driven architecture:

Design data flows and integrations between our MarTech stack and the wider Bentley technology ecosystem including closely working with our data office.Solution design & governance:

Provide high-level technical guidance for complex marketing technology projects – ensure governance for technology implementation, change management and security.Close collaboration:

Work closely with our partner teams including Go-to-Market, Digital Technology, Data Office and Legal to ensure optimal implementation and utilization of our MarTech stack and stay aligned on the future of technology at Bentley.Other Duties IncludeEnsure marketing is following marketing operations standards and have the resources they need to deliver results.Stay up to date on marketing technology trends, assessing their potential impact, and recommending new technologies or strategies to improve our competitive edge.Turn data into narratives for meeting presentations.Document processes and train colleagues at every level of rank or experience.Orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams around common goals and report on results.Manage tasks towards milestones in project management & communication tools.Requirements7+ years in marketing technology roles including experience with marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, and CRM.Deep understanding of API’s, Webhooks, data modelling, database systems, marketing technology trends and best practices.Experience with complex segmentation and account-based advertising concepts.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and meet deadlines.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to quickly adapt and react to changing circumstances and demands with high attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex subject matter to colleagues at all levels and skills, advocating for best practices and evangelizing findings.This role requires minimum travel.Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer.Highly DesirableExperience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Marketo and enterprise marketing automation platforms.About Bentley SystemsBentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY) is the infrastructure engineering software company.
