Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Conduct in-home visits to discuss clients' flooring projects and provide personalized consultations.
Sales System: Utilize company-provided technology, including tablets, laptops, and specialized software, to manage sales processes and track client interactions efficiently.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Cultivate key referral sources to drive continuous business growth.
Business Networking: Network with other businesses to establish new client relationships and expand the customer base.
Qualifications for Success:
Sales Experience: 2+ years of in-home/ outside sales.
Industry Knowledge: Flooring preferred. Construction or design knowledge will be considered as well.
Drive and Determination: Use competitive drive to exceed sales targets.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
